My name is Sarah, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist. I am based in the Vale of Glamorgan but also hold clinics in Cardiff, Haverfordwest, and further afield when needed.
I previously worked for 10 years as a Youth Offending Team Officer in Cardiff before biting the bullet and returning to University to complete a degree. I have a BA Honors in Drama, HND in Community Theatre and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I first became interested in hypnotherapy around 8 years ago. I was going through a divorce, my confidence was at an all time low and I felt quite depressed. I heard from a friend hypnosis had helped her with insomnia and she told me it could help with many conditions. At first I was really apprehensive about 'giving my mind over to someone else - no matter how much confidence I lacked!!!!!!!!!!' However after hearing how hypnotherapy had worked for her, curiosity got the better of me and after making the initial phone call I made an appointment for a hypnotherapy session. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to know I was actually totally in control at all times. I knew where I was and what was being said, and after a course of hypnotherapy I felt fantastic.
